Welcome to the Leangen Eagles U14 Cup in Trondheim, Norway. We look forward to welcoming your U14 (players born in 2006) team to our tournament April 17-19th, 2020 at Leangen Arena.
All games will be streamed live!
Tournament Format and Regulations:
This tournament will feature 12 teams with 6 games guaranteed. Games are 2 x 20 minutes (overtime and shootouts in the playoff only). Games will start Friday morning and the final game will finish Sunday afternoon. A full schedule will be released closer to the tournament. Games will be played in Leangen Arena and Leangen Ungdomshall and teams will be given a locker room to have their equipment in for the duration of the tournament.
This tournament will be approved by Norges IshockeyForbund (Norwegian Ice Hockey Federation) and follow all rules and regulations as outlined by NIHF for U14 tournament play. A full set up game rules and regulations will be sent out to all teams prior to the start of the tournament.
Registration:
Registration is 3500 kr per team, and must be paid within 14 days of registration. Additionally, there is a player fee of 600kr per player, which must be paid by January 15th, 2020. A team consists of a minimum of 15 skaters and 2 goalies. 3 coaches/team managers are included in the team fee. Players fee includes lunch and dinner and fruit during the tournament. Breakfast is not included in the fee. Any parents or extra coaches who wish to purchase a meal card may do so for the same fee of 600kr. All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner and payments should be made by bank transfer in Norwegian Kroner.

Accommodations and Transportation:
In collaboration with P-Hotels Brattøra, we can offer accommodation in single, double or triple rooms. Double rooms from NOK 879/night. There is a frequent bus service between the hotel and the arena. It is the team’s responsibility to book all accommodations and transportation while in Trondheim. If a bus is needed for transport to and from the hotel to the airport or Arena, please contact us and we will put you in touch with our sponsor bus company. Teams traveling by bus will be given bus parking in the back of the Arena, we advise you to inform the hotel that you will require bus parking at the hotel as well.
