Välkomna till Westcoast Trophy 2026!
Westcoast Hockey bjuder in till sommarens hetaste U11–U12–U13–U14-cup i Skövde.
Under vecka 30 (21–26 juli) möts respektive åldersgrupp i var sin 3-dagarscup.
Cupen fokuserar på regionsbaserade lag.
Datum:
U14 (2012) – Tisdag–Torsdag 21–23 juli
U13 (2013) – Fredag–Söndag 24–26 juli
U12 (2014) – Tisdag–Torsdag 21–23 juli
U11 (2015) – Fredag–Söndag 24–26 juli
Antal lag:
6–8 lag i varje åldersgrupp. Cupen spelas antingen med rak serie där alla möter alla följt av slutspel (6 lag), alternativt med gruppspel följt av slutspel (8 lag). I de åldersgrupper med 7 lag spelas rak serie följt av placeringsmatcher för lag 1–6.

AAA
Spelform:
Helplansmatcher med 5 mot 5.
2 × 20 min effektiv tid. Spolning sker mellan varje match.
Spelregler enligt Svenska Ishockeyförbundet. Inga byten av spelare mellan lag.
Poängräkning:
Poäng i gruppspelet/grundserien fördelas enligt följande:
Vinst under ordinarie tid: 3 poäng
Vinst efter straffar: 2 poäng
Förlust efter straffar: 1 poäng
Förlust under ordinarie tid: 0 poäng
Om två eller fler lag hamnar på samma poäng avgörs placeringen i tabellen enligt följande prioritering:
Inbördes möten
Målskillnad
Flest gjorda mål
Slantsingling
Gruppspels- och övriga slutspelsmatcher: Vid oavgjort resultat efter ordinarie tid avgörs matchen genom tre (3) straffar per lag. Vinnaren tilldelas en extrapoäng. (en straff i taget per lag med nya straffläggare tills ett avgörande sker).
Bronsmatch och final: Vid oavgjort resultat tillämpas 5 minuters förlängning (sudden death, spel 3 mot 3). Är matchen fortfarande oavgjord efter förlängningen avgörs den genom sudden death-straffar (en straff i taget per lag med nya straffläggare tills ett avgörande sker).

Avgifter:
Cupavgift: 45 000 SEK
(15 000 SEK vid anmälan, 30 000 SEK senast 30 juni)
I anmälningsavgiften ingår:
15 utespelare + 2 målvakter samt 3 ledare.
Anmälningsavgiften betalas direkt i samband med anmälan.
Detta ingår i avgiften:
Lunch, middag och mellanmål dag 1 och 2
Lunch och mellanmål dag 3
Fika till ledarna
Pokal till 1:a, 2:a och 3:e plats
Pris till cupens bästa back, forward och målvakt i varje åldersklass

Welcome to Westcoast Trophy 2026!
Westcoast Hockey invites you to the hottest U11–U12–U13–U14 summer tournament in Skövde.
During week 30 (July 21–26), each age group will compete in its own 3-day tournament.
The tournament focuses on region-based teams.
Dates:
U14 (2012) – Tuesday–Thursday, July 21–23
U13 (2013) – Friday–Sunday, July 24–26
U12 (2014) – Tuesday–Thursday, July 21–23
U11 (2015) – Friday–Sunday, July 24–26
Number of teams:
6–8 teams in each age group. The tournament will be played either as a round-robin format where all teams play each other followed by playoffs (6 teams), or as group play followed by playoffs (8 teams). In age groups with 7 teams, a round-robin format will be played followed by placement matches for teams ranked 1–6.
Level:
AAA
Game format:
Full-ice games, 5-on-5.
2 × 20 minutes effective playing time. Ice resurfacing between each game.
Rules according to the Swedish Ice Hockey Association. No player transfers between teams are allowed.
Scoring system:
Points in the group stage/regular season are awarded as follows:
Regulation Win: 3 points
Penalty Shootout Win: 2 points
Penalty Shootout Loss: 1 point
Regulation Loss: 0 points
If two or more teams finish level on points, the standings will be determined by the following tie-breaking criteria:
Head-to-head record
Goal difference
Most goals scored
Coin toss
Group Stage and Other Playoff Matches: If a match is tied at the end of regulation time, it will be decided by a three-round penalty shootout (3 shooters per team). The winner is awarded the extra point. (One shootout attempt per team at a time, using different shooters until a decision is reached).
Bronze Medal Match and Final: If a match is tied, a 5-minute overtime period will be played (sudden death, 3-on-3). If the game remains tied after overtime, it will be decided by a sudden-death penalty shootout (one shooter per team at a time with new shooters until a winner is determined).

Fees:
Tournament fee: SEK 45,000
(SEK 15,000 upon registration, SEK 30,000 by June 30)
The registration fee includes:
15 skaters + 2 goalkeepers + 3 team staff.
The registration fee is paid directly upon registration.
Included in the fee:
Lunch, dinner, and snacks on days 1 and 2
Lunch and snacks on day 3
Coffee/snacks for team staff
Trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
Awards for best defenseman, forward, and goalkeeper in each age group
