Winner of the Riga Cup U-16 tournament 2012 is TABY H.S. from Sweden. Best forward of this tournament is number 18 Kevin Stenlund from Hasselby Kalvesta. Best defence of this tournament is number 10 William Svensson from Taby HC and best goalie : number 26 Adam Werner from Mariestad Bois. Point scoring leader is number 77 Kristian Ferletak from MHC Martin.

The U-16 tournament is fully booked. We are hosting teams from Poland, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Austria, Slovakia, Latvia and Lithuania.

We were fully booked. However, Wings H.C. Arlanda withdrawn from the tournament, so we have 1 place available again. There are 23 teams confirmed including teams from Latvia, Russia, Sweden, Finland, Slovakia, Austria, Lithuania and Poland.

We have 22 teams confirmed in the U-16 tournament. Participating teams are from Russia, Slovakia, Austria, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Sweden. Maximum number of teams will be 24.

This year we will have a charity project again during Riga Cup 2012.

Confirmation from 8 teams received

The following teams confirmed their participation: Pardaugava (Latvia), L.A. Stars (Austria), MHC Martin (Slovakia), Hedemora S.K., Guldsmedshytte S.K. and Tegs S.K. (all Sweden), SaPKo and Kiekko67 (both Finland). Furthermore we are waiting for the final confirmation from: Wings H.C. Arlanda, Mariestad Bois and Hasselby/Kalvesta (all Sweden), Tukums and H.S. Riga (both Latvia), England (England) and Lokomotiv St. Petersburg (Russia).

Austrian team L.A. Stars applied to the tournament.

Tegs S.K. confirmed

Tegs S.K. from Sweden applied and confirmed their participation.

AAA team MHC Martin applied

The Slovakian AAA team of MHC Martin applied and confirmed their participation as well. Several players of 2009 tournament winner Zilina are part of this team.

Hedemora S.K. and Guldsmedshytte S.K. confirmed

Both Swedish teams confirmed their participation.

Kiekkoreipas withdrawn from tournament

The Finnish team Kiekkoreipas withdrawn from the tournament and has been replaced by Kiekko67 (also from Finland).
