APQ -EL CUP is played by Swedish Ice Hockey Association rules for U14 Hockey .

TORNAMENT INFORMATION

Date : 2013-11-01 - 2013-11-03

Level : AA (Medium)

Age: U14 (players born in 2000 or later)

Referee: 2-Referee System

Number of teams: 10 teams

Number of games: 5-6 games/team

Arena: Malmo ice stadium

Duration: 2x20 min, however, games will be stopped after 60 minutes.


Besides this , the following specific rules apply

FOR GROUP GAMES

Win gives 2 points and draw 1 point.

sequential order:

1) Points

2 ) Peer Meetings

3 ) Goal difference

4) Number of goals scored

5 ) Least penalty minutes


In the finals and placement games, the following apply:

If draw after full time: 5-minutes sudden death apply.

If still draw after sudden death, penalty shoots will apply.

Each team select 3 different penalty shooters.

If still draw after 3 penalties, sudden-penalty shootout will apply. The teams are then free to choose any player and even the same player for sudden-penalty shootout.


Protests :

Protest must be submitted in writing to the Tournament Committee
(Johan Lundh, Mobile: +46 (0) 73-7191325) , no later than 15 minutes
after the end of the game, along with a protest fee of sek 500.
The protest will be addressed by the Tournamnet Committee in consultation
with the chief referee.
