Spilletid: 2x20 minutter, pause 2 minutter (grunnet tidsplan må kampene gjennomføres og avsluttes på 1 time og 10 min,
Turneringen arrangeres i henhold til NIHFs reglement og bestemmelser\ Det er IIHF-regler og policy-dokumentet til Norges Ishockeyforbund som gjelder for turneringen. I de tilfeller hvor turneringsledelsen har mulighet til å fatte avgjørelser, vil det gå rett på straffer dersom det blir uavgjort i en av finalekampene (kvartfinale, semifinale, finale, bronsefinale og plasseringskamp). Dette gjøres for å kunne holde tidsskjema.
Det spilles enkel serie der alle møter hverandre (4 kamper hver).
Seier gir 3 poeng, seier etter straffer ved uavgjort 2 poeng, og straffetap 1 poeng.
Lagene rangeres etter en tabell. Lag nummer 1 går rett til finale. Lag nummer 2 og 3 spiller semifinale, mens lag rangert nummer fire og fem er ferdigspilt.

Game time: 2x20 minutes, 2-minute intermission (due to the schedule, matches must be completed and concluded within 1 hour and 10 minutes).
The tournament is organized in accordance with the regulations and provisions of the Norwegian Ice Hockey Federation (NIHF). IIHF rules and the policy document of the Norwegian Ice Hockey Federation apply to the tournament. In instances where the tournament management has the authority to make decisions, if any final-stage match (quarter-final, semi-final, final, bronze medal match, and placement match) ends in a draw, it will go directly to a shootout to ensure the schedule is maintained.
Matches are played as a single round-robin series where everyone meets each other (4 matches each).
A win in regulation gives 3 points.
A win after a shootout following a draw gives 2 points.
A loss after a shootout gives 1 point.
Teams are ranked in a table. Team number 1 advances directly to the final. Teams ranked 2 and 3 play a semi-final, while teams ranked four and five are eliminated.
