Vi hälsar er hjärtligt välkomna till ännu en upplaga av Afog Cup och två härliga hockeydagar i Limhamn, Malmö.
Cupen är för spelare födda 2014, eller senare, och går av stapeln 14-15 september 2024. (Cupstart lördag förmiddag och avslut söndag eftermiddag)
Sedan tidigare populärt upplägg värnar vi om glädjen i att under denna helg spela många matcher (minst 8 st per lag), så väl som att respektive lag i största möjliga mån under helgen ska få möjlighet att kunna mäta sig med lag som spelar på liknande nivå som en själva.
Första dagen är därför samtliga lag indelade i 3 olika grupper och där alla möter alla. Andra dagen görs grupperna om och alla lagen kommer i slutändan att få spela lika många matcher.
Max antal lag per förening: 3 st (för att undvika internmatcher). Lagen skall bestå av minst 5 utespelare + 1 målvakt och max 9 utespelare + 2 målvakter.
Antal matcher: Minst 8 st per lag. Ordinarie cupformat är baserat på 15 lag, men vi har kapacitet för att ta in totalt 18 st. Spelschema mailas senast 1 vecka innan cupstart. Vid planering av spelschema kommer största möjliga hänsyn tas till respektive lags logistik.
Matchformat: Regler enligt hemmaplansmodellen för U11, C2. I korta drag; Tre matchzoner, speltid 15-20 minuter per match (beroende på slutgiltiga antal lag), 3 mot 3, flygande byten, svart puck. Läs mer under ’Regler’.

Anmälan: Anmälan görs till limhamnhockeyteam14@gmail.com, med önskat antal lag. Märk anmälan med A-Fog Cup. Tilldelande av plats sker löpande men senast den 15 Juni.
Avgifter:
· Anmälningsavgift: 3500 SEK/lag (500:- i rabatt på samtliga lag från ens förening vid anmälan av två eller 3 lag)
· Spelaravgift: 500 SEK/spelare
Tre ledare per lag ingår. (Ytterligare ledare betalar 250 SEK för nedan angivna måltider)
Avgiften inkluderar följande måltider under dessa dagar;
Dag 1 - Fika/mellanmål samt middag
Dag 2 – Frukostpaket, Fika/mellanmål samt lunch

Vi ser gärna att Inbetalning av anmälningsavgift och deltagaravgift är oss tillhanda senast den 14 augusti 2024.
Information om betalning kommer med bekräftelse av anmälan. I anmälan ombeds ni lämna era kontaktuppgifter, antal deltagare samt eventuella matallergier (kan även kompletteras senare).
Övrigt:
- Alla deltagare kommer att få Afog cupmedalj
- Mat, dryck och fika kommer givetvis att erbjudas övriga åskådare under hela helgen
- Sidoarrangemang så som lotteri, puckkastning, tävlingar etc.
Boende: Vi hjälper gärna till med boende för ert lag. Rabatterat boende kan ordnas hos Malmö Arena Hotell.

ENGLISH VERSION
We would like to welcome you to another edition of the Afog Cup and two
wonderful days of hockey in Limhamn, Malmö/Sweden.
The cup is for players born in 2014, or later, and runs between September
14-15, 2024.
(Cup start Saturday morning and end Sunday afternoon)
Since popular arrangement previously years, we cherish the joy of playing
many matches during this weekend (at least 8 per team), as well as that each
team should have the opportunity to measure themselves against teams playing at
a similar level as much as possible during the weekend.
Therefore, on the first day, all teams are divided into 3 random groups and
where everyone meets everyone in the group. On the second day, the groups are reshuffled,
and in the end all teams will ultimately get to play the same number of matches.
Maximum number of teams per
association: 3 (to avoid internal
matches). Each registered team per association must consist of at least 5
outfield players + 1 goalkeeper and a maximum of 9 outfield players + 2
goalkeepers.
Number of matches: At least 8 per team. The
regular cup format is based on 15 teams, but we have the capacity to take in a
total of 18 teams. Game schedule will be emailed no later than 1 week before
the start of the cup. When planning the game schedule, the greatest possible
consideration will be given to the respective team's logistics.
Match format: Rules according to the Swedish
‘Hemmaplansmodellen’ model for players born 2014 in the season 24/25. In short
terms; Three match zones, playing time 15-20 minutes per match (depending on
final number of teams), 3 against 3 (+ 1 goalie per team), flying
substitutions, black puck. Read more under the chapter 'Regler' (rules).
Date: 14 – 15 September 2024
Registration: Registration is made to limhamnhockeyteam14@gmail.com
and where you get back with the desired number of teams. Mark the registration
with A-Fog Cup. Allocation of places takes place on an ongoing basis, but no
later than June 15.
Charges:
· Registration fee: 3500 SEK / team (500 SEK discount on all teams from
one's association when registering two or three teams.
· Player fee: 500 SEK / player
Three leaders per team are included. (Additional leaders pay 250 SEK for
the meals listed below)
The fee includes the following meals on these days;
Day 1 – Fruit and different snacks during the day, dinner in the late
afternoon/evening
Day 2 – Breakfast package, fruit and different snacks during the day, lunch
The fee is paid into the following account: 8214-9 734 671 716-3.
We would like to receive payment of the registration fee and participation
fee by August 14, 2024 at the latest.
Note! The registration of the association and teams needs to take place before
15th of June as earlier stated. Information about payment also comes
with confirmation of registration. In the registration, you are asked to
provide your contact details, number of participants and any food allergies
(can be supplemented with later).
Other:
• All participants will receive an Afog
cup medal
• Food, snacks and beverages will of
course be offered to all spectators throughout the weekend
• Side events such as lottery, puck toss, different
kind of competitions etc.
Accommodation: Discounted accommodation can be arranged at Malmö Arena Hotel.
