Turneringsform & regler:
Vi understreger at dette er en cup for bredden og man SKAL spille med tre kæder.
• 6-8 hold i 2 puljer
• Grundspil - Alle mod alle (1 x 24 min effektiv spilletid). Max. 40 min.
• Slutspil A - Nr. 1-3 fra grundspillet spiller mod hinanden (2 x 15 min effektiv spilletid). Max 55 min.
• Slutspil B - Nr. 4-6 fra grundspillet spiller mod hinanden (2 x 15 min effektiv spilletid). Max 55 min.
• Vi forbeholder os ret til at køre med løbende tid såfremt tidsplanen ikke overholdes.
• Holdene SKAL stille med 3 fulde kæder.
• 2 dommere pr. kamp
• Ved point lighed måles på indbyrdes opgør, mål difference, flest scorede mål.
• Vundet kamp i ordinær tid: 3 point
• Uafgjort: 1 point
• Ved uafgjort afgøres kampen ved straffeslag, 3 pr. hold. Yderligere 1 point tildeles det vindende hold.
• Other rules according to the Danish Ice Hockey Association
Vi forbeholder os ret til at ændre turneringsform mv. i tilfælde af ændring af antal hold etc.
Turneringsafgift:
Pris: Kr. 8.000,- (dækker 17 spillere og 3 ledere)
Pris: Kr. 300,- pr. person (Ekstra spiller/leder)
Ovenstående dækker deltagergebyr, spillergebyr, måltider samt frugt, brød og drikkelse.
Forplejning:
Fredag: Aftensmad / sandwich.
Lørdag: Frokost og aftensmad
Søndag: Frokost / sandwich
Morgenmad tilbydes hvis ønskes.
Herudover tilbydes holdkurv med brød, frugt og drikkelse i omklædningsrummet hele weekenden.
Præmier:
Pokal til nr. 1, 2 & 3.
Kåring af Kampens Spiller fra hvert hold
Overnatning:
Kan arrangeres mod betaling af Dkk 1.500,- pr. hold.
Overnatning sker på hårdt underlag på skole, kun få minutters gang fra hallen (morgenmad er inkluderet i prisen).

Betaling senest 29. august 2015.
Holdet er først tilmeldt, når turneringsafgiften er indgået på RIK’s konto.
Der køres efter ”først til mølle” princippet.

Tournament and rules:We stress that this is a cup for mixed U13.1 (2002) & U13.2 (2003) teams and you MUST play with three lines.
6-8 teams in 2 groups
· 6-8 teams in 2 groups
· Qualifying round - all against all (1 x 24 min effective time). Max. 40 minutes.
· Playoff A - No. 1-3 from qualifying round to play against each other (2 x 15 min. effective time). Max 55 min.
· Playoff B - Nr. 4-6 from qualifying round to play against each other (2 x 15 min. effective time). Max 55 min.
· We reserve the right to let the time run if the schedule is not respected.
· The teams MUST put up with 3 full chains.
· 2 referees’ per. match
· If teams ends at same points then the following rules apply: Mutual matches, goal difference, most goals scored.
· Match won in regular time: 3 points
· Draw: 1 point
· At tie the match is settled by a shootout, 3 shots per team, if still not settled, 1 shot per team. Additional 1 point awarded to the winning team.
· Other rules according to the Danish Ice Hockey Association We reserve the right to adjust the tournament form when we know how many teams will attend.
Tournament fee: Team: Kr. 8.000,- (cover 17 players and 3 team coaches/leaders)
Extra: Kr. 300,- per person (Additional player / coach / leader)
Tournament fee cover, tournament participation, fruit, food and beverage.
Meals:Friday: dinner / sandwich.
Saturday: Lunch and dinner
Sunday: Lunch / sandwich
Breakfast can be served if ordered
In addition to above each team will get bread, fruit and beverage in the locker room all weekend.
Trophees:Trophee for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
Player of the match from both teams will be awarded after each match.
Accommodation:Can be arranged in a nearby school (hard surface)
Price: Dkk 1.500,- per team (incl. breakfast)
Signup:Payment no later than August 29th 2015.
The team is signed up when the tournament fee is registered on RIK’s account.
We use "first come first served" principle.
