Tävlingsregler:
Svenska Ishockeyförbundets regler för U15 tillämpas. Dispens har givits att använda olikfärgade hjälmar.
Matchstraff – Ådöms en spelare matchstraff är spelaren automatiskt avstängd resten av matchen samt nästkommande match. Tävlingskommittén och domarna har rätt att förlänga straffet om man anser att förseelsen motiverar detta. Domarna skall anmäla alla allvarliga förseelser till Svenska Hockeyförbundets disciplinnämnd.
Matchtid:
2x20 min. För att undvika förseningar ska lagen vara klara att gå på isen senast 3 minuter före utsatt matchtid. Isvärmningen sker utan puck.
Domare:
4-domarsystem tillämpas i samtliga matcher.
Laguppställning:
Ändring av laguppställning får göras senast 30 minuter innan matchstart.
Spelordning:
Rak serie med 7 lag där alla möter alla.
Efter avslutad serie spelas kvalificeringsmatcher, ettan i serien är direktkvalificerad till semifinal
Sista dagen spelas semifinaler och finaler, om dessa slutar lika avgörs matchen genom straffar
De lag som inte kvalificerat till semifinal (3st) spelar placeringsmatcher där likaresultat kan ske. Tabellordningen i placeringsserien avgör lagets slutliga placering.
Poäng och placering seriespel:
A)
Segrande lag - 2 poäng.
Oavgjord match - 1 poäng till vartdera laget.
Förlorande lag - 0 poäng.
B)
Ordningsföljden i serien avgörs genom antalet vunna poäng.
C)
Vid lika poängställning mellan två lag avgör:
1. Inbördes möte
2. Är matchen oavgjord avgör:
a. Målskillnaden (hela serien)
b. Flest gjorda mål (hela serien)
c. Minst antal utvisningsminuter
d. Lottning
D)
Vid lika poängställning mellan tre eller flera lag upprättas en särskild tabell med enbart
dessa lags inbördes möten och placeringarna avgörs enligt följande:
1. Antalet poäng
2. Målskillnad
3. Flest gjorda mål
4. Om ställningen fortfarande är lika räknas även målen i de övriga matcherna in och målskillnaden avgör.
5. Minst antal utvisningsminuter totalt.
6. Lottning.
Kvalificeringsmatcher, semifinaler och finaler:
Matchtid 2x20 minuter.
Vid lika resultat efter 2x20 minuter vidtar straffläggning med bäst av 3 straffar och därefter ”sudden death”-straffläggning.
Vid de första tre straffarna skall tre olika straffläggare utses och meddelas sekretariatet.
Vid ”sudden death”-straffläggningen är straffskytten valfri och samma skytt kan lägga flera straffar.
Priser:
1:an och 2:an erhåller priser.
Dessutom utses ett All Star Team för 1891 Hockey Cup med individuella priser till de utvalda spelarna. All Star Team kommer att nomineras av deltagande lag, där varje lag nominerar en femma plus målvakt från övriga deltagande lag. (Egna spelare får ej nomineras) Nomineringen skall vara tävlingskommittén tillhanda omedelbart efter sista gruppspelsmatchen. Vid lika antal röster mellan två spelare avgör tävlingskommittén.
Protester:
Protest skall lämnas skriftligen till tävlingskommittén senast 30 minuter efter matchslut tillsammans med en protestavgift om 1 000 Kr. Protesten behandlas av tävlingskommittén i samråd med huvuddomaren.
Vid godkänd protest återbetalas protestavgiften.
Administration:
Alla deltagande spelare skall registreras på www.cuponline.se. Viktigt att korrekt nummer både för hemma- och bortaställ registreras per spelare.
Försäkringar:
Svenska spelare är försäkrade genom sin licens.
Resultatrapportering:
A) I hallen.
B) Cuponline, under turneringens gång läggs matchresultat ut på www.cuponline.se
C) Live Arena. Samtliga matcher kommer att sändas. Abonnemang finns att köp via Live Arena. Se vidare instruktioner på www.livearena.com
Regulations:
Svenska Ishockeyförbundets regulations for U15. Permission have been given to use helmets with non uniform colors
Match Penalty: If a player is penalized with Match Penalty, the player is automatic relegated for the remainder of the game and the following game. The sports committe and the referees have the right of prolonging the relegation if the action is judged to be severe. Referees will report severe circumstances to Svenska Hockeyförbundets disciplinnämnd for further investigation.
Match time:
2x20 min. To avoid delays the playing teams should be ready to enter the ice at the latest 3 minutes Before game time. Warm-up without pucks.

Match roster:
Change of match roster should be done latest 30 minutes prior to game time.
Tournament regulation:
League consisting of 7 teams where all teams play each other
After finalized League qualifying games are played, League winning team is qualified directly to semifinals
Semifinals and finals are played the last day of the tournament, if these ends with even score the match is settled with shoot-outs
Teams that did not qualify to the semifinals (3 teams) play placement games in an internal League. Placement in those games decide teams final placement
Points and placement League:
A)
Winning team - 2 points.
Even score - 1 Point to each team.
Losing team - 0 points.
B)
League placement is decided by Points won
C)
If two teams have the same Points won the placement is decided by:
1. Result in the game between the two teams
2. If that game ended with even score the placement is decided by :
a. Highest Goal Difference (entire League)
b. Highest Goals For (entire League)
c. Lowest number of penalty minutes
d. Lottery
D)
If 3 or more teams have the same Points won, a seperate table is established containing only these teams and placement is decided by:
1. Points won (seperate table)
2. Highest Goal Difference (seperate table)
3. Highest Goals For (seperate table)
4. Highest Goal Difference (entire League)
5. Lowest number of penalty minutes (Entire League)
6. Lottery
Qualifying games, semifinals and finals:
Match time 2x20 minuts.
At even score after 2x20 minuts the match is decided by shoot-outs, 3 attempts per team followed by ”sudden death”-shoot-outs.
At the inital 3 shoot-outs different players must be used and reported to the referees
At ”sudden Death” the players can be freely selected and one player can perform multiple attempts
Awards:
Final Winner and runner up is awarded.
An All Star Team for 1891 Hockey Cup will be awarded. The All Star Team is nominated by the participating teams coaches.
Protests:
Written protest should be issued to the sports committe latest 30 minutes after game together with a protest fee of SEK 1000. The protest is administrated by the sports committe and refeeres.
If the protest is accepted the protest fee will be refunded
Administration:
All participating players must be registered on Cuponline by the team coaches prior to the tournament.
