- Stockholms Ishockeyförbunds regler gäller (Vivo-cup regler).
- Tacklingar är tillåtna.
- 2 poäng för vinst och 1 poäng för oavgjort resultat i gruppspelet.
- Vid samma poäng i gruppspelet avgörs placering utifrån Inbördes möte, Målskillnad, Flest gjorda mål, Minst antal utvisningsminuter, Lottning.
Om tre lag eller fler slutar på samma poäng görs en tabell med endast dessa lags inbördes matcher efter ordningen, Poäng, Målskillnad, Flest gjorda mål, Minst antal utvisningsminuter, Lottning (Genomförs av tävlingsledningen).
- Vid oavgjort resultat vid full tid i placeringsmatcher, i match om 3:e pris och i finalen så tillämpas 5 minuter "sudden death" med 4 spelare + målvakt. Om det fortfarande är oavgjort så avgörs matchen genom 3 straffar var och därpå suddenstraffar om det skulle behövas.

- Swedish Ice Hockey Associations rules are applied.
- Full body checking is allowed
- Winning team gets two (2) points, tied game gives both teams one (1) point in the first round. Loosing team gets zero (0) points
- Placement order: 1. Points, 2. Game result head-to-head, 3. Best Ratio Goals For - Goals Against. 4. The team with the lowest number of penalty minutes, 5. A toss of a coin by the arena co-ordinator.
- Overtime will be played only in play off round and championship games. Overtime shall be conducted in one sudden death overtime period. The sudden death overtime period will be five (5) minutes stop time and teams will play with four (4) skaters plus a goaltender. If it's still tied after the overtime there will be a round of three (3) penalties. After that there will be sudden death penalties
