General rules
· Employees of your firm in full-time and part-time employment or long-term secondees are eligible to join the team, including those based in your firm's offices outside Sweden. Persons not meeting this requirement will not be allowed to play (save for any additional players from us filling up your team)
· The tournament will be played with eleven teams
· A draw resulting in the group-stage fixture list will be conducted and circulated within short
· Each group winner and runner-up will proceed to semi-finals
· The match for 3rd place, followed by the final, will conclude the tournament
· All matches following the group stage will, if tied, be determined by penalty shoot-out
· The tournament will be played with 7-a-side teams
· The tournament will be played indoors on artificial turf
· We recommend all players to use shin pads (we will not have shin pads for you to borrow)
· We recommend all players to use proper football shoes. However, please note that football shoes with cleats (Sw. skruvdobbar) are not allowed
· The offside rule will not apply
· The back-pass rule will apply, i.e. the goalkeeper may not pick up the ball with his/her hands if it has been passed back to him/her by a teammate
· There shall be at least one female player on the pitch, for each team, at all times
· An unlimited number of substitutes are allowed. A substitution may be made at any time during the game
· Kick off will be decided by a coin toss
· The ball shall be thrown in by an outfield player if it goes out of play
· A yellow card will result in a warning
· A red card, or two yellow cards, will result in a player being sent off for the remainder of the match and he/she may not be replaced
· VAR will not be used so the referee’s decision is final and cannot be appealed
Matches and results
· Each match in Group A and B will last for 16 minutes (there will be no half time)
· If a team arrives 3 minutes late (or more) for a match, their opponents will be awarded a 3-0 walkover win, i.e. the match will not be played
· Three points will be awarded for a win
· One point will be awarded for a draw
· Each team’s final result in the group stage of the tournament will be decided as follows:
· 1) Points 2) Goal difference 3) Goals scored 4) Head to head result 5) Drawing of lots
