- The Swedish Ice Hockey Association rules are applied.
- Full body checking is allowed.
- Winning team gets two (2) points, tied game gives both teams one (1) point in the first round. Loosing team gets zero (0) points.
- Placement order: 1. Points, 2. Game result head-to-head, 3. Best Ratio Goals For - Goals Against. 4. The team with the lowest number of penalty minutes, 5. A toss of a coin by the arena co-ordinator.
- Overtime will be played only in play off round and championship games. Overtime will be conducted in one sudden death overtime period. The sudden death overtime period will be five (5) minutes stop time and teams will play with four (4) skaters plus a goaltender. If it's still tied after the overtime there will be a round of three (3) penalty shots and if it's still tied there will be sudden death penalty shots.
