Swedish ice hockey federation’s rules.

In the first round (Pool 1 and 2), games are played 2*15 minutes.
In the 2nd round (Pool A and B), games are played 2*20 minutes.

The two pools, contains of 4 teams each.

Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Finals are played on Sunday, 2*20 minutes with 5
minutes sudden death and penalties if required.

The ice-machine will prepare the ice between each game.

Foul gives 2 minutes penalty minimum.
Match penalty leads to 1 game suspension.

POOL PLAY/GRUPPSPEL
We play in 2 pools with 4 teams in each pool. The 2 first placed teams in Pool 1
and Pool 2 will play in Pool A. The 2 last placed teams will play in Pool B in the
2nd pool round.

After play in Pool A and B, the quarterfi nals are decided. The winner of Pool A
will play the last placed team in Pool B, The 2nd placed team in Pool A plays the
3rd placed team in Pool B, etc.

STAT’S CALCULATION/POÄNGBERÄKNING
No time-outs allowed in pool games.
In the Pool games, the winning team receives 2 points; the losing team receives
0 points. At a draw, each team receives 1 point each.

The final placing in the qualifi cation rounds is determined in the following order:

1. Points
2. If two teams end on the same number of points: Result in mutual game
3. If three or more teams end on the same number of points: Total score diff erence
4. Most goals made
5. Most won games
6. Lottery

FINALS/SLUTSPEL
One time-out allowed per team from quarterfi nals.
Quarterfi nals, Semi fi nals and Finals can not end in a draw. If the standing at full
time is a draw, then a period of 5 minutes ”sudden death” is played, thereafter
one shootout each until a winner is determined.

Same player may only take one penalty shot. (Decided when 1 team scores and
the other team misses).
