INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT DEN HAAG 2018
The
dates for the 2018 tournament are set and we are pleased to invite your club to
participate in our International Tournament to be held in Den Haag (Netherlands).
The tournament will take place in the Easter weekend on Friday March 30,
Saturday, March 31, Sunday, April 1 and Monday, April 2 – 2018.
AGE GROUPS & DATES:
U-8 – born 2010/2011 (and later) – Sunday, April 1 & Monday, April 2
U-10 – born 2008/2009 (and later) – Sunday, April 1 & Monday, April 2
U-12 – born 2006/2007 (and later) – Saturday, March 31
U-14 – born 2004/2005 (and later) – Friday 30th, Saturday 31st,
Sunday 01st & Monday 2nd
U-16 – born 2002/2003 (and later) – Friday 30th, Saturday 31st,
Sunday 01st & Monday 2nd
RATES & FEES:
U-8 tournament:
Tournament fee Euro 250.00 per team.
U-10 tournament:
Tournament fee Euro 250.00 per team.
Note: if both U-8 & U-10
from 1 club the total fee for both teams will be Euro 395.00
U-12 tournament:
Tournament fee Euro 275.00 per team
U-14 tournament:
Tournament fee Euro 395.00 per team PLUS Euro 15.00 per player or
coach/manager.
Included:
* 1 heat of go-karting (team champion goes for final to tournament champion)
* personal attention for each player
U-16 tournament:
Tournament fee Euro 395.00 per team PLUS Euro 15.00 per player or
coach/manager.
Included:
* 1 heat of go-karting (team champion goes for final to tournament champion)
* personal attention for each player
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* Tournament will start at Friday at approx 07.30 hrs for U-14 and approx 13.00
hrs for U-16. U-8/U-10 will start at Sunday at approx 07.30 hrs. U-12 on
Saturday around 07.30 hrs.
* U-14 & U-16 Tournaments will be finished on Monday around 19.00 hrs, U-12
on Saturday around 18.00 hrs and U-8/U-10 on Monday around 14.00 hrs.
* All teams must have copies of passports (or original player cards or
passports) available during all their games.
* Schedules for the tournaments
will be forwarded to participating clubs at least 21 days before the tournament
commences.
* Teams must take care of their own health and travel insurance
HOW TO APPLY:
You can apply by email to: eitc-tournaments@kabelfoon.nl
Together with the application (form) you should transfer a deposit of Euro 250.00
per team (no exception can be made) within 1 week after application. All
payments must be made by bank transfer.
All transfer costs must be paid by the team. Teams who fail to pay the deposit by
bank will not be guaranteed a place in the tournament.
When your team has been accepted
the tournament fee will be charged together (plus) with the charge for
each player/coach wherever applicable.
The balance (tournament fee minus the deposit fee of Euro 250.00 plus fee per
player/coach plus all additional services) will be called in for in February
2018.

Please mention: UITHOF CUP 2018 + your team name with your payment.
The application is binding. Teams who will not be among the participants will
get their Euro 250.00 back. When cancellations are made after your team
has been accepted in the tournament no refund can be given on the
deposit.
