Lysekils Hockey arrangerar den 28/9 - 29/9 en U13 cup för upp till åtta lag. Lysekils Hockey har i över 40 år arrangerat populära hockeycuper för U13 och 2024 är inget undantag. Rinken som är av NHL-mått sätter en extra intensiv prägel spelet vilket ofta skapar spännande matcher. Cuperna har haft deltagande lag från olika delar av Europa genom åren och är en mycket uppskattad cup.
Tid & Plats:
28/9-29/9 2024 i Gullmarsborgs Ishall, Lysekil.
Cupen startar på lördag morgon och håller på fram till söndag kväll. För långväga gäster, kontakta oss vid intresse av boende även under fredagen. (Mer exakta tider kommer med spelschemat närmre inpå cupen)
Spelform:
Lagen fördelas i två grupper med efterföljande slutspel. Samtliga lag spelar fem matcher.
Antal lag:
Totalt 8 lag. I första hand ett lag per klubb, i mån av plats eller enligt överenskommelse finns möjlighet att anmäla flera lag per klubb. Inga dispenser ges till äldre spelare om inte särskilda skäl föreligger, vilket skall godkännas av cupledningen.
Mat & Logi:
Inkvartering för lagen sker på skolor i nära anslutning till ishallen. Hårt underlag gäller.
Alla måltider serveras i vårt klubbhus intill ishallen:
Lördag: Frukost, lunch, middag och kvällsmål.
Söndag: Frukost och lunch.
Lättare mellanmål finns tillgängligt under lördagen och söndagen.
Priser:
Lagpriser till de tre bäst placerade lagen.
Minnespris till samtliga spelare.

Anmäl laget genom att mejla följande uppgifter till kansli@lysekilshockey.se eller använd formuläret på vår hemsida.

Ni sätter sedan in 4000 SEK till vårt bankkonto, tänk på att specificera vilken klubb det gäller. Platsen kommer därefter att bekräftas. En månad före att cupen startar så skickas en faktura ut för 15 spelare, denna faktura skall vara betald senast två veckor före dess att cupen startar.
Lösenord till cuponline kommer skickas ut till kontaktpersonen, där uppgifter om spelares namn, nummer, födelseår, ev. matallergier etc. skall fyllas i senast 2024-09-21. Då krediterar eller debiterar vi för de spelare som är anmälda. Vi debiterar er lägst för 12 spelare och det maximala antalet som kan delta är 20 spelare + fem ledare.
Avgiften för cupen reduceras inte för lag som inte utnyttjar mat eller logi. Om en spelare blir sjuk eller skadad måste vi veta detta senast kl 12.00, dagen före cupens start.
Avgifter:
Lagavgift: 4000 kr/lag (inkluderar 3 ledare)
Spelaravgift: 1200kr/spelare.
Extra ledare: 600kr

Lag som inte betalt hela avgiften 14 september kan komma att bytas ut mot lag som står på kölista.

Lysekils Hockey organizes a U13 cup for up to eight teams on 28/9 - 29/9. Lysekils Hockey has for over 40 years organized popular hockey tournaments for U13 and 2024 is no exception. The rink, which is of NHL dimensions, puts an extra intense touch on the game, which often creates exciting matches. The cups have had participating teams from different parts of Europe over the years and is a highly appreciated cup.
When:
28/9-29/9 2024 in Gullmarsborgs Ishall, Lysekil. In the heart of the Swedish west coast.
The cup starts on Saturday morning and lasts until Sunday evening. For long distance guests, please contact us if you are interested in accommodation also on Friday. (More exact times will come with the game schedule closer to the cup)
Game format:
Teams are divided into two groups with a subsequent playoff. All teams play five games.
Number of teams:
A total of 8 teams. Primarily one team per club, subject to availability or by agreement, it is possible to enter several teams per club. No exemptions are given to older players unless there are special reasons, which must be approved by the cup management.
Food & Accommodation:
Accommodation for the teams will be at schools close to the ice rink. Hard surface applies.
All meals are served in our clubhouse next to the ice rink:
Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening meal.
Sunday: Breakfast and lunch.
Lighter snacks are available on Saturday and Sunday.
Prizes:
Team prizes to the three best placed teams.
Memorial prize to all players.
Registration:
Register your team by emailing the following information to kansli@lysekilshockey.se or use the form on our website.

You then deposit 4000 SEK to our bank account, be sure to specify which club it applies to. The place will then be confirmed. One month before the cup starts, an invoice will be sent out for 15 players, this invoice must be paid no later than two weeks before the cup starts.
Password to cuponline will be sent out to the contact person, where information about player's name, number, year of birth, any food allergies etc. must be filled in no later than 2024-09-21. We will charge you for a minimum of 12 players and the maximum number that can participate is 20 players + five leaders.
The fee for the cup is not reduced for teams that do not use food or accommodation. If a player becomes ill or injured, we must be informed no later than 12.00, the day before the start of the cup.

Team fee: 4000 SEK/team (includes 3 leaders)
Player fee: 1200kr/player.
