THE WORLD'S MOST PRESTIGIOUS INTERNATIONAL ICE HOCKEY COMPETITION FOR 15 YEAR-OLDS, ARRANGED BY DJURGÅRDEN HOCKEY.
Arranged April 14th - 17th 2011 in Stockholm, Sweden.
We hereby invite to participate in 5th Annual 1891 World Hockey Cup. Tournament is designed for elite AAA players from around the world.
8 teams will be selected to the tournament which will offer the participating teams seven games in four days.
The arrangement also includes:
• Lunch and dinner
• All games filmed
• Includes 4 adults - Team members
• Hotel accommodation (3-nights) including breakfast (Applies only to option 1)
• Buss transfer departed within Sweden (Applies only to option 1)
• Tournament team host for assistance
• Award Ceremony and Tournament MVP Selections
RULES AND REGULATIONS
The tournament is played under all applicable Swedish rules. All players and their equipment must be insured, both for games and leisure time.
The teams are playing in one group, playing 7 games each. Positions in group are decided by points: three points for a win, one point for a draw.
• The Rules of the Swedish Ice Hockey Association are used during the tournament.
• Active time in all age groups is 2x 20 minutes. No break during the periods.
• The minor penalty is 2 minutes.
• Teams are allowed to field players born January 1st 1996 or later.
ARENA
The games will be played in Mälarhöjden, Stockholm.
