ACCEPTED TEAMS
The following teams have been accepted so far: East Coast Select (USA/Canada), Team California (USA), Kazakstan Torpedo (Kazakstan), ZSC Lions (Switzerland), Furuseth (Norway), Sparta Prague (Czechoslovakia), Team Jämtland (Sweden), Stocksund (Sweden), HV71 (Sweden) and Hammarby (Sweden).
Most likely one team from Hungary and one team from Russia will also be participating in the Tournament.


TEAM MEMBER FORM
All teams are asked to fill out the Team Member Form – as soon as possible - with all facts about the team.
We would like a short description of your team, e g where you are coming from, the names of the home teams (select players), the history/background of your team, etc. Please also enclose a digital team logotype.


TEAM MEMBER FEE
It is time to pay the Team Member Fee! The final date for this payment is February 28th 2006.


THE ARENA
The Arena is situated in Tumba, south of Stockholm. The name of the main Arena is “the Ice House”. The connected arena is called “Roplanhallen”.
In the Cafeteria (in the main Arena) we will be serving coffee, tea, hot dogs, hamburgers, soda, and a big variety of other things to eat.

There will also be possible to buy various tournament products and souvenirs, but also hockey & other sports equipment.


ACCOMODATION
All players and coaches will be staying at the Scandic Hotel in Kungens Kurva (south of Stockholm). The distance to the central part of Stockholm is approximately 10 kilometers, and to the Arena in Tumba approx 13 kilometers.


ACCOMMODATION FOR ACCOMPANYING PARENTS/FAMILY
We are offering accompanying parents/family the possibility to buy a “Tournament package” including accommodation at the Scandic Hotel in Kungens Kurva (with breakfast), all transportation to and from the airline/train/boat and transportation between the hotel and the Arena.


TRANSPORTATION
All transportation is included for the teams who have made their hotel reservations through us. The teams will be picked up by bus at their arrival (airline/train/boat) and transported to their hotel. Please inform us of the time of your arrival!

During the Tournament special buses will be driving back & forth between the hotel and the Arena according to a time schedule, which will be published at the hotel, the Arena and also given to the teams.

After the Tournament a bus will take the teams back to the airline/train/boat for further transportation back home.

You will later be asked to fill out an Arrival & Departure Form with all facts about your arrival and departure. We ask you to fill this out as soon as possible - please!
